DISPATCH COUNTER · OPEN FOR BUSINESS

Bring Your Job
to the Counter.

TICKET
NUMBER HERE

Every project at NeonShdw starts with a job ticket, not a sales call. Tell us what your operation runs today and what you want switched on together, and a systems engineer will read every line and reply before the working day closes. The counter is the front door of the bench, and it is staffed by people who bend the glass rather than by a machine that reads a script.

Job Ticket

Fields marked on every line are wanted so our reply finds the right mail slot.

This form opens your own email client with the ticket text pre-written. If that window does not rise, write straight to dispatch@neonshdw.lat and we will read it the same way.

How soon does the counter reply?

Every ticket is read by a systems engineer, not a bot, and a first reply leaves the desk on the next working day at the latest. Urgent running estates are answered first because a dark sign costs the operator money every hour it stays off.

Is the first look free?

Yes. The first review costs nothing and settles three lines only: what systems you run, what you want switched on together, and what budget the work can carry. From that we draw and price a pattern; you owe nothing if the plan does not fit.

Will the work be kept private?

Confidentiality is built into every proposal and every engagement, and our code and architecture notes are never shared between clients. The full handling of your information is set out on the Privacy Policy page and the terms that bind an engagement sit on the Terms of Service page.
